proposal on project management

today we had continue on our task that had been given yesterday... for the project's name, our group had choosed a PPRT project which is the project to build a low cost houses for the hardcore poor who lived in Marang area..the proposal must includes project name description, statement of work, kickoff meeting, & project charter, we need to finish it before lunch... the next task we have to write down the scope statement, wbs (workbreakdown structure), milestone & budget or financial report of the project & must complete at 4.30pm....for the last task, we need to draw a PERT chart & prepare a slides/supporting document for make a presentation on next sunday
